That should be interesting to watch. But I think there are still some very good coaches at LJ that could remain on that staff. Rick Rhoades son is still on the staff at Westlake. He signed on at Westlake just to coach under Todd Dodge.. Jack Rhoades is a good hard working young coach and the athletes at GP loved him while he was at GP. I’m sure one day when he is ready he will either join Rick at Cameron Yoe or take over when Rick decide to retire. Sure seems like old coaches retire a year or two just to return back to coaching.

Jack was actually the OC at Cameron this year. He is still connected to Coach Dodge though. Wouldn’t surprise me if he joins the staff.

It’s good for Todd to get back into coaching but how might affect Westlake? There got to be some of the Westlake staff that still wants to coach with him at LoveJoy. That should be interesting to watch. But I think there are still some very good coaches at LJ that could remain on that staff. A lot of house cleaning.

With the TRS system you can retire and rehire immediately, like Randy Allen did at Highland Park. You still get retirement pay and your new pay as well. Many teachers and coaches do it. Most will leave the school district they retired from though and go elsewhere. Very few double dip the same school district.
